Why am I doing this? Because… My life is so amazing right now. I am able to work with my older daughter side by side. I am watching my son, a third generation home inspector and who just turned 22, earn a great living. On top of that I walk my 11 year old daughter to school in the morning on a regular basis and spend time with my middle son as he works his way toward Eagle Scout. I am enjoying my family more than ever before. But it wasn’t always so. There was a time when I went to a job that literally worked me over. It required me to work every holiday and since I was on salary it didn’t matter how many hours I worked, and I worked a lot.People were promoted in front of me many times, and I didn’t understand why.
